ABSTRACT
Using a two-dimensional laser blood flow meter, the blood circulation promoting effect of the test product “SIMFORT” was evaluated. As a result, under assuming actual use conditions, the blood flow before the test (mL/min/100g) was significantly increased compared to the blood flow (mL / min / 100g) after the test. This suggests that the use of "SIMFORT" promotes scalp blood circulation.
OUTLINE
Using a two-dimensional laser blood flow meter to measure the blood flow (mL / min / 100g) before and after using the test product "SIMFORT", which the blood circulation promoting effect was evaluated.
TEST PRODUCTS
SIMFORT
NUMBER OF SUBJECTS
Male and female from 20s to 30s
PART OF MEASUREMENT
Forearm
TEST METHOD
・Using a two-dimensional laser blood flow meter(OMEGAZONE OZ-1, OMEGAWAVE, Japan) to measure the blood flow (mL / min / 100g) of 4 subjects at their forearm (Before the test).
・Assuming the actual use of shampooing the scalp, the measurement part(9cm2) was massaged with fingers for 1 minute and washed by water for 20 seconds.
・After washing with water, blood flow (mL / min / 100 g) was measured using a two-dimensional laser blood flow meter.
RESULTS
Figure 1 shows the blood flow images before and after the test. Table 1 shows the average value and standard deviation of the blood flow (mL / min / 100g) in the ROI (Region of Interest) in each figure. Changes in blood flow are shown in Figure 2, and individual data on blood flow (mL / min / 100 g) are shown in Table 2.
