What payment methods do you accept?

For SIMFORT subscriptions, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Apple Pay.

For other SIMFORT products, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How long does it take for SIMFORT to arrive?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, in order to maintain an extremely high carbon dioxide concentration of 8000 ppm, we need to use a special can called “aerosol can” to contain it. Unlike normal plastic containers, this is classified as “dangerous goods,” therefore it can only be shipped by land transport.
In-stock products normally ship within 2 business days after we receive your order. It will take 2-7 days depends on the destination. Please note we only deliver to the lower 48 states.

Where is my shipment?

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your product ships.

Why is my order being returned to the sender?

If your order is on its way back to you, it may be that we were not able to deliver to the address we have on file. Please double check your address by logging into your account page. You can also reach out to our support team to have your order re-shipped at

How much does shipping cost?

Good news for your wallet! Shipping is only $5 for each shipment. We also offer free shipping for certain products!

What shipping method do you use?

SIMFORT products are shipped via DHL SmartMail Parcel Ground or USPS. However, shipping methods may be changed at any time without further notice.

Can I update the address on an order that has already shipped?

While we can’t update your address for an order that has already been processed and shipped, you can update your address for future shipments by entering your new address in your account page.

Does SIMFORT ship to my state/country?

Unfortunately, we ship to lower 48 states only. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas.

What if there is a problem with my order?
